Open CCofHHK Board Positions

The Contemporary Club has a board of trustees comprised of fabulous women residents of Ho-ho-kus. This year a number of our officer positions are expiring and we’re looking for nominations to fill these spots. You can nominate yourself or nominate someone who you think would be great for any of the positions below. It’s a great way to be more involved in the community, meet new people and have a little fun☺

The open positions this year are:

Programs: The Programs Coordinator is responsible for planning all "General Meetings" throughout the Club year (6 total) and for the Holiday Party in December. Responsibilities consist of organizing a venue, managing the evite list and implementing the events. Some events are repeated yearly and some are open to fresh ideas within the local community. Social Services: Is a two year position that is shared between two members. The Social Services position(s) arrange for, organize and support a variety of outreach organizations through donations, contributions, and volunteerism throughout the year. SS organizes sponsorship of local families in need, the CC’s monthly Meals on Wheels participants, Emmanuel Cancer Foundation Christmas Giving Tree and helped to supply their food pantry when needed and sometimes holds coat drives, toy drives, food drives, raffles etc. to benefit various charities in our area. Publicity:  Publicity is a one year position with the primary responsibility for keeping the community abreast of the CCofHHK happenings through newsletter publications, Facebook and other media sources.  Contact Sally D'Ambrosio for more information. 

Treasurer: The treasurer is a two year position with the primary responsibilities of managing the clubs bank accounts and incoming/outgoing funds. Contact Ali White for more information.
